Vitabowl currently offers nutraceutical products intended for adults. Our current products
are not targeted or formulated for children.
The website may be accessible to minors and certain account functionality may technically permit
account creation. However, Vitabowl products are intended for adult use and must be used in
accordance with the applicable product label and instructions.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when using our website or placing
an order.
We may terminate or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that the account has been
misused, fraudulent activity has occurred, or these Terms have been violated.
Customer Accounts
Customer accounts may be created using a mobile-number-based authentication process.
Accounts may currently be used to place orders and view order information.
Account registration is associated with the mobile number used during registration. Multiple
accounts associated with the same individual may not be permitted.
Customers are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts and must not use
accounts for fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unlawful purposes.
Products
Vitabowl currently sells nutraceutical products that are manufactured and marketed in
accordance with applicable requirements, including applicable FSSAI requirements.
Vitabowl products are not medicines and are not intended
to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Customers must follow the recommended usage, serving instructions, warnings and storage
instructions provided on the product packaging.
Products should be stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the applicable
product packaging.
Product Information
Product descriptions, ingredient information, nutritional information, benefits, claims, images
and related content are prepared through our research and marketing processes.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and relevant product information. However,
inadvertent errors, omissions, typographical errors or outdated information may occasionally occur.
If you identify an apparent error or inconsistency in product information, please contact us
so that our team can review the matter.
Because some products contain natural extracts and plant-derived powders, natural variations
in colour, appearance or texture may occur between batches. Such variations do not necessarily
indicate a product defect.
Product Availability
Products may become temporarily unavailable because of inventory, manufacturing, fulfilment,
logistics or other operational circumstances.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, suspend or restrict the availability of products
at any time.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we may cancel the affected order
and provide a full refund for the affected order or product, as applicable.
We will not substitute an ordered product with another product without the customer's approval.
Pricing, GST & Shipping Charges
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping may be offered free of charge or may be charged separately depending on the applicable
order, location, service or promotion. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during
the ordering process.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Where an obvious pricing, technical, typographical or system error is identified, we reserve
the right to correct the error and take appropriate action in relation to affected orders.
Discounts, Coupons & Promotions
Vitabowl does not currently operate a general coupon, discount or referral programme.
If promotional offers, coupon codes, referral programmes or other promotional benefits are
introduced in the future, they may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, validity
periods, usage limits and additional terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an offer
obtained or used fraudulently or improperly.
Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
An order is considered confirmed after the applicable order confirmation has been issued through
our ordering process.
We may reject, cancel or restrict an order for legitimate reasons, including:
Product unavailability or stock limitations
Product discontinuation
Pricing, technical or system errors
Suspected fraud or abusive activity
Incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable information
Delivery or fulfilment limitations
Repeated unsuccessful or refused deliveries
Other legitimate operational, legal, security or compliance reasons
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order while the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available through the normal
cancellation process.
Where an eligible cancellation is accepted, the applicable refund will be initiated after the
cancellation is processed. Refunds generally take approximately 7–8 working days after initiation,
depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Shipping & Delivery
Vitabowl currently ships to PIN codes supported by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (Amazon MCF)
and its applicable fulfilment and courier network.
Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier, fulfilment conditions and other logistical
factors. The minimum expected delivery period is generally approximately
4–5 business days.
Delivery estimates are indicative and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Where an order cannot be successfully delivered, the shipment may be returned to the sender.
This may occur where:
An incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided
The destination PIN code is not serviceable
The customer is unavailable to receive the shipment
The courier is unable to complete delivery
The shipment is otherwise returned to the sender
Where an order is returned or cannot be delivered, the applicable order refund will generally
be processed in accordance with our refund procedures.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery ("COD") may be available for eligible orders and locations.
There is currently no separate COD fee or fixed COD order-value limit. These conditions may be
modified as our fulfilment operations evolve.
Where a customer repeatedly refuses or fails to accept COD deliveries, our team may contact
the customer manually and may take appropriate action regarding future COD orders.
Returns
Due to the nature of nutraceutical products, Vitabowl does not accept change-of-mind returns.
Products that have been opened, used, consumed, altered or otherwise handled after delivery are
not eligible for return.
All Vitabowl products are generally non-returnable except where a replacement, refund or other
resolution is specifically approved for a qualifying issue.
Damaged Products
Customers should report products received in a damaged condition within
7 days of receiving the order.
To assist with investigation, customers may be required to provide:
Photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the external and internal packaging
An unboxing video, where available
The relevant order number
Any other information reasonably requested by our support team
Depending on the circumstances and our review, we may provide a replacement or refund.
Incorrect or Missing Products
If a customer receives an incorrect product or an item appears to be missing from an order,
the issue should be reported within 7 days of receiving
the order.
Our team may review the order, fulfilment records, packaging information and other relevant
details before determining the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund or another
appropriate resolution determined by our team.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment and refund mechanism.
Refunds generally take approximately 7 business days
after initiation, although the actual time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank,
card issuer, UPI provider or other financial institution.
COD refunds may require additional information from the customer and may be handled manually
by our support team.
Shipping or handling amounts will generally not be deducted from refunds, except where applicable
to large or exceptional orders or where the applicable refund terms expressly provide otherwise.
Payment Issues
Online payments are processed through Cashfree. Cash on Delivery may also be available for
eligible orders.
If a payment fails, remains pending, is duplicated, or an amount is debited without a
corresponding order being created, our team may review the transaction and relevant information
before determining the appropriate resolution.
Reviews, Ratings & Testimonials
Customers may submit product reviews, ratings and testimonials.
We reserve the right to remove, reject, restrict or moderate content that we reasonably believe
is fake, abusive, spam, illegal, misleading, promotional, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant Vitabowl and Lorfin Lifescience Private Limited
permission to use, reproduce, display, publish and communicate the submitted content for website,
informational, promotional or marketing purposes.
Where a customer's name is displayed with a review or testimonial, Vitabowl may display the
customer's first name only.

Vitabowl products are nutraceuticals and are not medicines or medical treatments. Information
provided on our website should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Individual responses to supplements may vary. No particular result or outcome is guaranteed solely
by purchasing or using a Vitabowl product.
Customers should carefully read product labels and directions before use and should consult a

Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, failures or inability to perform obligations
caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war,

internet or telecommunications failures, power failures, courier disruptions, supply-chain
disruptions or other events beyond our reasonable control.
No Indemnification Promise

Private Limited to compensate a customer for every loss, damage, claim or expense that may
arise in connection with the website, products or services. Any rights or remedies available
to a customer remain subject to applicable law and these Terms.
