Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch containing your tracking number(s) and therefore acceptance of the order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Damages

There may be certain orders that Vitabowl is unable to accept and must cancel. Vitabowl reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User, User accepts and undertakes that the same is acceptable and he/ she/ it will not contest/ raise any dispute on the same. The situations that may result in cancellation of the User’s order include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by User, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Vitabowl’s respected team. We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product occasionally we may run out of certain products. Inventory availability is not guaranteed. All orders will ship complete, from our closest warehouse. Please keep in mind that there will be times when manufacturers cannot meet current demand. In the case of an out-of-stock situation, you will be notified if the product is not able to be shipped from either of our warehouses.
