Our each & every product is manufactured and packed in an FSSAI & GMP certified facility in the India.

Q4: Can I return Product?
We do not accept returns on any consumable products. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. No returns on any vitamins and protein supplements due to concerns with product tampering. Products you receive have been maintained by our expert warehouse staff under safe, controlled temperature and clean inspected conditions at all times. However, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your order from us, always. Order & Shipping
Q1: When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email or message as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email or message you again to Confirm dispatch containing your tracking number(s) and therefore acceptance of the order.
Q2: How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, orders should arrive at your doorstep within 1-4 business days in metros and 4-7 days in ROI (Rest of India), hopefully sooner.
Q3: What shipping carriers do you use?
We use the Blue Dart, DTDC and Delhivery in PAN India Orders. To keep shipping time as low as possible, we compare shipping time between the carriers on each order and ship in the most efficient way.
Q4: How can I track my order?
We send tracking information to the e-mail or message provided with your order once the item has shipped. And also you can check by logging in to your Account on vitabowl.in. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]
Q5: Can I cancel my order?
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on [email protected] Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q6: What if my package is damaged or missing?
Vitabowl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Products you receive have been packed by our expert warehouse staff at all times. Q1: Can I place an order by Cash on Delivery?
No. We don't accept COD orders.
Q2: Are my transactions & banking details secure?
We use only trusted payment gateways for all payment providers. They have all the relevant security licenses in place to ensure your transactions are always secure. All your payment details are encrypted and sent over a 256 bit secured SSL connection. Vitabowl does not store or view any of your payment information and credentials.
Q3: What should I do if my payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
  • Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
