All order fulfillment, tracking, and notifications are managed via our proprietary backend platform, LorfinOne, in partnership with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) and other trusted logistics providers.

2. Fulfillment and Dispatch

The majority of orders are fulfilled and dispatched through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), which ships orders from the nearest Amazon warehouse based on product availability and your location. In some cases, we also ship using Delhivery, Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), or other reliable courier partners.

Most orders are processed and dispatched quickly through Amazon’s fulfillment network. However, processing times may vary depending on Amazon’s operational capacity.

Currently, Vitabowl ships only within India. International orders are not accepted at this time.
