Thank you for choosing Vitabowl, a brand owned and operated by Lorfin Lifescience Private Limited. This Refund & Replacement Policy applies to purchases made on https://vitabowl.in (“Website”). All order processing, payments, and fulfillment are managed through our proprietary backend system, LorfinOne.
As our products are consumable health supplements, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards consistent with FSSAI regulations. For safety reasons, most sales are final — please read the policy carefully.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, Vitabowl does not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Health supplements and nutraceuticals cannot be resold or restocked after delivery, and accepting returns could create a risk of contamination or tampering. All sales are final except in the limited cases described below.
We will consider a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

Our support and compliance teams will verify your claim using the LorfinOne order system and coordinate with fulfillment partners (e.g., Amazon MCF, Delhivery, Amazon Transportation Services) as required. After verification, we will either arrange a replacement (preferred) or process a refund if replacement is not available.
Approved refunds will be issued as follows:
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible due to the consumable nature of the products. Please contact one@lorfin.in immediately if you wish to cancel an order before shipment.
We primarily fulfill orders via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), and may use courier partners such as Delhivery or Amazon Transportation Services. For approved returns or replacements, our team will coordinate reverse pickup via the appropriate logistics partner.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse address (confirmed by our support team) after claim approval.
